I don't think anybody can truly "see through" somebody unless they personall know them. I know some of my posts have been a bit.... ummm.... barbed at times and that isn't my intent. I know some posters have in their responses tactfully said "BS" or sometimes so it seems but I do tell the truth, sometimes my barbed wit is mistaken for something else.
I really have only met one person on this board and she'd probably be best to judge me. What would she say? That I'm the mayor of a certain party town in Mexico where we met up with her friend. And also I can keep on going without need for sleep (she and her friend would go to bed at 3am and I'd keep going).

Well I went to the beach Sunday, had to keep the tan going. It nice out today, sunny and about 24, I should be at the beach. But here I remain at work, trying to make a dollar or two or a thousand. -

i didn't go to college when i was young for the usual dub reason.

Those are just losers in academia. When I was little, I spoke like a Spaniard and confused the Mexican people. Now I speak like a Chilango!!! I don't "look" hispanic and never have any problems.
Those people are jerks. People in Mexico are much more gracious about people learning their language as compared to America.
For kicks when I drink I'll talk Spanish as a Cuban or Spaniard and am getting better with my South American accents.
Everyone pegs me as Mexican when I travel so I've stopped fighting it. Now I just say, yes, I'm Mexican, from Chiapas.
Oh, and where are you in Mexico? You wouldn't happen to be in Guad, Mich or Q. Roo? I go between those places alot. -

It helped to see that I wasn't alone and was able to have dialogues with people while at the same time not fearing they's run and tell.
Was interesting to see other well educated normal people who learned the "truth" and later felt it was a bunch of crap. These people weren't odd but normal like me and weren't abberent in their behaviour. -

Weight control issues.
by greendawn inthe weight control issue is strange in the sense that statistically most people that lose weight later on more or less quickly regain it, and all the money spent on weight loss gets wasted.
i've had this problem for many years trying to lose 13kg (about 30lb)going from 95 to 82kg (210 to 180lb)the normal weight for my height and body frame.
i lose a lot of weight even reaching the target but then regain it so i'm always ranging somewhere between 95 and 82kg.

Eating right and exercise are the keys. Start going to the gym regularly and get a buddy to go with you. Don't eat after dark and don't skip breakfast. Avoid fast food and substitute beer and sodas for water and juices. It isn't easy but you can accomplish it.

I said the bible speaks of one day to worship, the sabbath. Anyone else have any ideas in this area?

I'm 6'0 (1.87M) and was 160s a few years back and now am 205 (93 kilos). I would like to hit 220-225 (100 kilos).
I think it will be good practice in case i run for governor of California. -

Well... my opinion is:
Join a gym, look at how you look to others. How is your style? Are you appealing to the oposite sex? Why not try to look the best you can. It won't happen overnight but why not strive to be the hottest thing out there? Educate yourself as well.
Men go for looks, any guy that says no has low self esteem or is fibbing (90% of the time) or isn't able to pull hot girls.
Do you dress like a 50 year old? You also don't want to dress like a teen but stylish and well enough to give off a positive message to the kind of man you'd like to date. Maybe buy some clothes at Abercrombie instead of Sears... get out in the sun, exercise. A little colour and fitness and new wardrobe might be the kick in the pants you need.
I was a geek in the truth, well for me at least (its all relative), I was probably cooler than many but compared to what I was before the truth, it was pretty sad.
When I started fading away, I started working out, dressing different and having fun in life. I went from having a few dates to having too many. -

I think the plane is cool. High speed internet and a bar / lounge? Cool way to meet people, get work done and pass time, especially if the flight is from the Americas to Europe. Probably will be many more members of the "mile high club." lol
